• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days.
  
  
• Order Tracking: After your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order's progress either on the carrier's website or directly on our website. Simply click on the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of your screen, navigate to the "Track" section, and enter your tracking number.
  
  
• Order Changes & Cancellations: To request changes or cancel your order, please email us at support@olivecircle.co.uk with your order number and the desired adjustments as soon as possible. Since we assemble and print items upon order confirmation, we might not be able to fulfil your request if it has already been processed. Please note that once an order is in production, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Refer to the Refund Policy for further information about refunds.
