All card readings offered by Olive Circle are personalised digital services prepared specifically upon request. Upon completion of your purchase, your order is transmitted to and accepted by one of our professional card readers, and preparation of your consultation begins.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you expressly agree that the service may begin within the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that, once performance of the service has commenced, your statutory right to cancel is lost.

A discretionary one (1) hour grace period is provided from the time of purchase to request cancellation due to a change of mind. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@cottonblendstudio.com within this timeframe.

After the expiry of this one-hour period - or once the order has been accepted and work has commenced by the assigned reader (whichever occurs sooner) - cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will not be accepted.

Refunds are not available on the basis of dissatisfaction with, disagreement with, or lack of resonance with the content of the reading, as the service constitutes a subjective and interpretative consultation.
